I went back to my cello, now that my dizziness has abated. A few things had changed
- All my strings were a quarter step too sharp. That’s quite a jump.
- It was visibly dusty on the cello. I need to dust the belly, lower fingerboard, and upper fingerboard, and each with different cloths
- I needed to get familiar with the 3 octave C major again, and make sure my guideposts (High A on A string) were reliable.
- Needed to work especially hard on keeping my shoulders “out of it”.
