Instead of doing lots of small hoppy shifts, I need to trust my extensions. To do this, I really need to let my left hand be smooth, open, and connected on the fingerboard. To ingrain this, we walked through the left hand, but no bow and no pizz either. Just the left hand, sinking in and settling on each note. And NO Thumb clenching!

So, a new piece – Kummer #44 – a right hand exercise, and keep working on 36,34 and the Minuet.
