Well the big post with some video is coming. However, one effect of all the practice is that I really feel pain in my thumb. I’m sure it’s just a bit of stress, BUT, I am doing only light practice for now and the slightest bit of pain means I stop. Dan gave me some thumb and finger coordination exercises that I will still do.
Today I did my 2 octave F major scale and a run through of the first two lines of Kummer #24. Owwiee! Aikido will help me rebalance my hand and stretch it in complimentary ways. I hope that will help me.
The bright side is that I will be paying lots of attention to my right arm this week, but I don’t expect to make a lot of progress.
